Project Overview
The Arab El-Raml and Aghour El-Raml Bridge project is one of the most important national projects executed on the Cairo–Alexandria Agricultural Road. Its primary objectives are to resolve chronic traffic congestion in this vital area, eliminate at-grade intersections between the Cairo–Alexandria Agricultural Road and the entrances to the Arab El-Raml and Aghour El-Raml villages, and prevent interference with train movements in the surrounding areas. Wiser General Contracting Company executed two bridges — one bridge per direction — each 1,500 m long and 12 m wide.
